TELearn 2008將於2008年12月6日假越南河內LaThanh Hotel舉行，本年度將與太平洋鄰里協會（The Pacific Neighborhood Consortium, PNC）合併舉辦，PNC會期於2008年12月4日至12月6日，而TELearn 2008將於2008年12月6日籌組3個場次，並於即日起進行徵稿活動，相關資訊如下：

會議主題：

– Systems and platforms for e-learning

– Theoretical foundations for e-learning

– Emerging tools and technologies for e-learning

– Development and applications of digital content for e-learning

– Trends in content/courseware development

– Discipline-based cases for e-learning

– Accessible e-learning approaches

稿件格式：

– Maximum length: 8 pages, A4 size

– Language: English
